Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:
To access real-money games and services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. By submitting a registration application you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify ug212 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ug212 will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
ug212 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections, two-factor authentication (2FA) on login, automatic session token rotation, and account lockout after five consecutive failed login attempts. These measures are designed to protect your Account from unauthorised access; however, the security of your credentials remains your personal responsibility.
You must not share your username or password with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, whether for real-money wagering or any other purpose. Any wager placed via your Account while your credentials are in your possession will be treated as authorised, regardless of who physically placed it.

All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ug212 does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment channels are currently supported:
Deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account wallet within minutes of confirmed receipt by ug212's payment processor. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. ug212 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ug212 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
KYC requirement. Your first withdrawal request will trigger a mandatory KYC review. Subsequent withdrawals above a rolling 30-day threshold may trigger additional verification at ug212's discretion. ug212 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 3 hours depending on the payment channel selected.
Withdrawal rejection. ug212 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the Account is under active investigation for suspected fraud or bonus abuse; (c) the withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements; or (d) the payment method provided does not match the name on the Account.
ug212 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and the Chinese New Year (Imlek). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, published at the time of offer. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product. A summary of the key rules is provided below; full product-level rules are available within each game's dedicated help section on the Platform.
Sportsbook. Bets accepted via the ug212 sportsbook are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. For BRI Liga 1 and other Indonesian domestic competitions, the result confirmed by PSSI (the Football Association of Indonesia) takes precedence. For international fixtures including EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifying, the ruling body's official record governs settlement. Live in-play bets are accepted at ug212's discretion; ug212 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections and all selections must win for the bet to return a payout.
Live Casino. All live-dealer games are streamed in real time from certified dealer studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the game server result — recorded at the point of disconnection — will stand as the final outcome. ug212 bears no liability for connection interruptions caused by a member's internet service provider or device.

ug212 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, even if ug212 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ug212 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability. ug212 will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime via on-site notifications.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes ug212's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
ug212 collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes registration details, KYC documents, payment method information, device and browser identifiers, IP addresses, and in-session behavioural data used for fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement purposes. ug212 does not sell personal data to third parties.
